Hi, I’m Isha Mehta, the Gen Z Baker! I’m a teen blogger, self-taught baker, and a student at Redmond High School. I’ve always loved both dessert and science, so I fell wildly in love with baking the moment I watched my first cake rise in the oven. It looked like magic to the younger version of me! Once I started baking, I just couldn’t stop. I’ve since developed a passion (and borderline obsession) for learning everything I can about food and creating magic in the kitchen. When I’m not baking, it’s safe to assume that I’m probably doing homework or studying, but I also love hiking, watching old movies, and reading.
